Looking for a project and client heavy IT Consulting role?
We are currently looking for a Service Delivery Engineer to join a successful Managed Service Provider in Durham. With a headcount approaching 50, they are well established in their field, boasting multiple offices and clients ranging from 10 to 2000 users.
As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will work closely with the Sales team to onboard and audit new clients before designing bespoke solutions.
You will then have the opportunity to lead the implementation of the projects before handing over the client to the service desk and account managers for BAU support.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Managed Services
- Technical knowledge of Windows Server, Networking, and Virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Computing - Office 365, Azure
- Experience with Network installations and designs
- Experience with Cisco and Fortigate
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
