IT Desktop Support Engineer

Job Title: IT Desktop Engineer

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 

PLUS Vendor Certifications / Qualifications, Pension, Private Healthcare, Social Events.

We are currently looking for an IT Desktop Engineer to join a successful law firm with 200 staff across Leeds and Bradford.

You will maintain and monitor the organisation’s desktop environments, ensuring consistent performance and providing essential technical support. You’ll be working with a range of hardware and software solutions, helping users resolve technical issues both remotely and in-person.

Requirements: 
• At least 2 years' previous IT Support experience
• Entra, Azure AD
• InTune, Autopilot
• Office 365 Suite
• Network Troubleshooting
• Strong interpersonal skills
